My Arkansas Drafting Services
My fee $25.00 per hour, which includes
Floor Plans
Foundation Plans
Elevations (all four sides)
Electrical Plans
Plot Plans (To locate and place your house)
Any other Details it may take
We will develop a workable floor plan; then on your approval, we will draft the Preliminary Drawings for your customized Arkansas home plans (Revised Floor Plans and Elevations). At this point I will request a draw (or payment) of work done.
Once you look over the Preliminary Drawings we will make any revisions and finish with all other components that are necessary for the final product. At this point we will plot the final product for your approval.
The plotting and the required copies of the above prints will be charged based on the prevailing rates of the firm to be used at that time.
The Final set of Prints will also have a CD; which will allow you to make reproductions of your prints.
There will be a file for each corresponding page of your print.
The average price for a set of prints has been 45 cents per square foot (heated). That is based on 23 Jobs completed in 2008 & 2009.
